Bofada Mind Challenge · Last updated: 29 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Bofada Mind Challenge mobile application (the “App”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing or using the App you agree to the practices described below.
When you first launch the App, it generates a random installation identifier and a messaging registration token issued by our messaging provider (Google Firebase). These identifiers are transmitted to our servers so the App can communicate with your device and deliver service-related messages. The installation identifier is a randomly generated value; it is not your name, email, phone number, or Apple ID, and it is not used to track you across other apps or websites.
With your permission, the App can access your camera and photo library so you can choose or capture a profile portrait and create photo puzzles. These images are processed on your device for the feature you invoked. The App does not upload your photo library or scan it in the background.
Progress, scores, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device so the App can remember your state between sessions. This data stays on the device unless you explicitly export or share it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
The App uses Google Firebase to generate messaging tokens and support message delivery. Firebase may process technical data (such as the messaging token and basic device information) on our behalf. Its handling of data is governed by Google’s privacy terms.
We keep the installation identifier and messaging token for as long as the App is installed and associated with our service. If you uninstall the App or contact us to request deletion, the associated records are removed from our systems within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated within the App where appropriate.
